I try! it always hurts - you just can go further.
just take your time and make sure you stretch before & after.

I think it's possible.. however, i'm waiting for hotter days to start running .
It's great, but not at this season - it's a bit cold and it gets dark too fast for me.

It's not that dark and I kinda like the cold.
I gave up morning runs- I'm hardly awake- how can I run when my only thought is how I want to sleep? :P
How long do you run for?
I come home around 4:30. Then I can run for about 20 minutes, with some walking sadly
So it's still okay for me. Not like I can run for, like, an hour
Do you listen to music when running?

I like running in the cold. It's kind of numbing and helps me run farther I don't usually run for fun, but when I do, I always have to listen to music.

^^ I prefer the cold too- in the heat, my clothes just all stick to me & it's gross :P
I have to listen to music I don't know the lyrics to otherwise I stop, sing and dance on the street

Haha, I usually mouth the words to songs I know. Or listen to techno or other music with few words.

I don't listen to music, because earphones always fall out of my ears or sth... Or I change the songs instead of running!
I want to start running, now I do it just when I'm coming back home or sth... I've read that you shouldn't run on hard areas like sidewalks, so I'm waiting for the Sun to run in parks.
It's getting dark about 7 p.m., maybe a bit earlier... And that's the time that I'd like to run the most! Earlier I'm often busy, and in the morning... I've got to hurry up to school.

Oh, I heard the thing about sidewalks too. But really, what am I going to do? If I run in a park, I'll just be running through Canadian Geese shit.
I run right when I come home if I didn't run.
What's your rest day- if you have one?
