Either someone thought so, or you're being underscored. There's really no way (for the players, anyway) to track that and even if there were, it's not really against any rules. It's not fair, but people do it. Sorry you've suffered this. FoL votes aren't super important anyway, they're only to get on the cover of a magazine for a day.
